After spending a combined 25 years helping other companies establish and execute their marketing strategy, we decided it was time to put our expertise to good use by starting our own business. It is our passion to help others and that is the driving force behind our company.
We believe that sharing a mutual interest with our clients’ brand, along with always doing the right thing, is where it starts. In this day and age, social media marketing is an important element that allows you to share the story of your brand.

How you go about this will leave a lasting impression, both positively or negatively, on those most vital to the success of your business - your customers. Meet Kelly

Kelly, Co-Owner of Be The Light Marketing! Kelly has over 15 years of digital marketing and sales in the corporate world and is now excited to become an entrepreneur and help small to medium businesses alongside one of her best friends Molly! She enjoys helping businesses formulate strategies to achieve results and grow their brand. Truly lives by the saying “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life!”

When she is not helping our clients, she can be found roaming Oregon and Washington in her boat and motorhome with her longtime boyfriend Jerry and fur baby Bailey! Loves wine and food if anyone ever asks!

Meet Molly

Meet Molly, founder and managing partner of Be The Light Marketing. She has over 12 years of brand marketing experience. Ten (10) of those years were spent as part of an amazing team helping to grow Boogie Wipes from a start-up company to what is now an international brand. During her time at Boogie Wipes, and through helping small brands over the last two years, it was clear that small-to-medium sized businesses could benefit from marketing support, but can’t always afford the astronomical rates of an agency.

Fast forward to the Summer of 2018 when she and her dear friend, Kelly, began discussing their mutual passion. They quickly realized they shared the same desire to help these companies and Be The Light Marketing was formed.

When Molly isn’t busy helping our clients, she can be found spending time with her husband of 20 years, their two children, Nate (17) and Ava (14) and their dogs, Stanley + Rawlings. She also loves to workout, roam the aisles of home decorating stores, drink coffee, sip wine and create cherished memories with her family and close friends.

Meet Brooke

Brooke is Social Media Manager for Be The Light Marketing. She is a Portland native and an Alumni of Oregon State University. She spent 6+ years at Nike WHQ in Merchandising Operations. She has 8+ years experience in Human Resources and Accounting, and 2+ years experience in Retail and Social Media Management. She thrives on helping others and using her creativity.

In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband, Michael, and French Bulldog, Scooter (aka Pig). She has a new found passion for cooking, loves to sing and dance, and is a total bookworm! She is so excited to be a part of the BTL team!

Meet Peyton

She is a recent graduate from Corban University with a degree in business marketing and the newest member of the Be The Light family as a Social Media Coordinator. Her interests include fashion, shopping, and playing volleyball. In the new year, she will be moving to Centralia, Washington, to be closer to family, and lucky for us, we live in a digital world, so she'll be working for us remotely. She enjoys cooking when she isn't working and loves to spend time with her family, friends, and boyfriend. We're thrilled to have her as part of our growing team!

Meet Hannah

Hannah is Business Development Manager for Be The Light Marketing. She grew up on her family blueberry farm in Albany, OR, where she learned first-hand the importance of hard work and a positive attitude. She moved to Portland to attend Portland State University, earning her bachelor's degree.

She has a diverse background with over a decade of experience in marketing, event planning, and sales. Most recently, she has discovered a niche in helping restaurants and wineries create beautiful content and develop their digital marketing strategy.

When she isn't working, you can usually find Hannah cooking an amazing farm to table creation in her kitchen, on an outdoor adventure with her boyfriend Brian and their two pups, Louie + Millie.

Meet Sierra

Sierra is a Social Media Manager for Be The Light Marketing. She has been working in social media strategy and content creation for the past 8 years for various brands and agencies. Whether she’s keeping up with the latest Tik Tok trends or launching a social campaign, her creativity and attention to detail will be in every caption and comment!

She’s located in Los Angeles, where you can find her going to the beach, playing soccer, catching a show, making new recipes, filling her house with more plants and finding a good happy hour!
